Who can purchase your designs and products?
My templates and designs are created for use by professional photographers to use with clients, with marketing, and with image editing. That is what I have in mind when I create my products, and that is the vast majority of my clients. However, my products are available to be purchased by anyone.
What do I need to know to use your products?
Our templates and items are designed for users with an intermediate level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. All of our products are designed with Photoshop CS4. We cannot verify that these items are compatible with versions older than PS CS2 or Photoshop Elements. By purchasing these products you agree that you have the knowledge required and are accepting the responsibility for using these products. Our products do not include any instructions on how to use them. You should understand layers, blend modes, and masks to use any of our digital products.
What types of payment do you accept?
The LPD Shoppe accepts credit/debit via Paypal. Paypal is the largest online payment processor and allows you to pay with a credit/debit card, checking account, or funds in your Paypal account. If payment is make with an e-check, you will not receive your product(s) until the payment clears.
How can I contact La Pomme Design?

How do I get the items that I have purchased?
Most items are immediate downloads. The only items that are not available as immediate downloads are pre-designed logos (because they have to be customized for you!), and create-a-card-packs and create-a-paper-packs (because they have to be created for you!). But everything else will be available in your account immediately after your payment is made! The downloads are good for 7 downloads, but never expire!
My download links have expired. What do I do?
You should try to download your purchase as soon as possible after receiving your download links. Download links are only valid for 7 downloads after the purchase is made, but never expire. To request new download links, please send an email by replying to your confirmation email and I will be happy to do that for you.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email! What do I do?
This is a problem commonly caused by an overactive spam filter. The shopping cart system generates a receipt email with every purchase and sends it to the email address that you opened your account with. If you didn’t get the confirmation email, either your order was not processed for some reason or the email was categorized as spam and was moved into a junk folder. Try going into your junk folder and searching for the message. Or, try logging into your account to see the details of your purchase. If the system doesn’t recognize your email address, or you can’t find your order, your order probably did not go through. Try your purchase again.
Do you offer group buys or discounts?
Yes! If you are interested in starting a group buy, email me and I will announce a group buy on my blog, twitter, and facebook. Discounts are given periodically and announced on the blog, twitter, and facebook. Also, PinkleToes4Photographers members get a special discount!
Can I digitally alter your materials to resell?
La Pomme Design’s digital materials are not to be purchased for resale by design houses or digital scrapbooking sites. These items are not licensed for commercial use. They are licensed for LIMITED commercial use by photographers to use for print design for photography clients ONLY, and can be digitally altered for that purpose alone.
Can I purchase a commercial use license to resell your items?

Can I get a refund after purchasing a product?
After a product is purchased, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of the downloadable digital files sold. If you are dissatisfied or have any questions, please contact info{at}lapommedesign.com and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. However, all sales are FINAL.
What fonts do you use?
Fonts are not included with our templates because of copyright laws, but you can download lots of free fonts at www.dafont.com and 1001fonts.com, and my favorite place to get free fonts is www.kevinandamanda.com.
